Does Rendry track my screenshots?
No. We operate on a local-first philosophy. Your captures are kept strictly in browser memory and saved to your local downloads folder. No screenshot data is ever sent to our servers. The free tier makes zero network requests.
How does the annotation editor work?
When you toggle "Open in Editor" in the Pro Features menu, Rendry opens a new local tab containing our design editor right after capture. You can draw vectors, blur personal info, write text overlays, and then copy the resulting canvas directly to your clipboard or download it.
What is ExtensionPay?
ExtensionPay is a secure paywall service built specifically for browser extensions. It manages licenses through Stripe. This allows us to securely process your payments using your checkout email without running a custom database or requiring a password profile.
