Refund Policy

Applies to Rendry Pro subscriptions. The free tier is free — nothing to refund.

7-day no-questions refund

Within 7 days of your first Rendry Pro charge, you can request a full refund for any reason. Email mamaownedus@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancel anytime

Rendry Pro renews monthly. You can cancel any time from inside the extension popup or through your ExtensionPay account portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal immediately — the current paid month is not pro-rated, and you keep Pro access until the period ends.

After 7 days

Outside the 7-day window, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. If something's broken or not working as described on this page, email us — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

Chargebacks

If something's wrong with your subscription, please email mamaownedus@gmail.com first. Disputing a charge through your bank without contacting us means we both lose money to chargeback fees and it won't get your refund any faster.

How to cancel

  1. Open the Rendry popup in Chrome.
  2. Click the Pro badge or "Manage subscription".
  3. You'll be taken to ExtensionPay's portal where you can cancel.
